iconeDocument This doctoral research investigates the modeling of residential flash-flood damage, using the July 2021 flood event in Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands as a case study. The work is based on a transboundary post-event database compiled across the three affected countries to develop and evaluate both empirical and synthetic damage models.
