The Urban and Environmental Engineering Research Unit includes 5 divisions, each dedicated to a specific disciplinary field:

A&U - Architecture and Urbanism

The A&U division includes 3 teams :

  1. LEMA (Local Environment Management & Analysis)  
  2. LUCID (Lab for User Cognition & Innovative Design)
  3. SBD (Sustainable Buildings Design) Lab

GeMMe - Minerals Engineering, Materials and Environment

The GeMMe division includes 3 research teams :

  1. Minerals Engineering and Recycling 
  2. Maintenance and Building Materials
  3. MiCa (Geological and Mineral Georesources Imaging)

GEO³ - Geotechnology, Hydrogeology, Geophysics

The GEO3 division includes 3 research teams, and an associated research center :

  1. Applied Geophysics
  2. Hydrogeology and Environmental Geology
  3. Geomechanics and Engineering Geology

MS²F - Structures, Fluids and Solid Mechanics

The MS2F division includes 3 research teams :

  1. CMM (Steel and Composite Constructions)
  2. HECE (Hydraulics in Environmental and Civil Engineering)
  3. MSM (Materials and Solid Mechanics)

SE - Structural Engineering

The SE division includes 4 research teams :

  1. ANAST - Ship&Offshore Engineering - Transport System
  2. Fire Safety Engineering
  3. Structural Concrete and Timber
  4. Structural and Stochastic Dynamics
